  1. I’m so honored that you thought of me! But no fair because you nominated some of the same people I would nominate! lol

I didn’t realize you loved to travel and love water too? Wow, you sound so much like me. Even going through some of the same stuff but NOBODY beats your attitude and your inspiration! I’m pulling for you 100% and even saying a prayer or 2 for you buddy 🙂

      • OMG! I know where Hong Kong is but for some reason I thought you were in the states. Your English is so terrific! Now I feel pretty dumb 😦 Guess I should have NOT assumed. hahaha Sorry Lucas. But Hong Kong is a place I’d definitely like to be one day.

      • Thanks for the compliment 🙂 Your English is amazing too. I’m actually English, however was the 1st generation in my family born here.

You’re welcome to Hong Kong anytime, but I highly advise coming when I can move more, or else I’d be a terrible tour guide hahah

      • I wish I had the money to just go visit you in the hospital and not worry about going for vacation 🙂

Funny that my English is amazing. lmao It’s the only language I speak and I’ll bet yours is better than mine HANDS down. Can I ask why you’re in Hong Kong to recuperate if you’re from here? Or did I misunderstand and you’re really living in Hong Kong?

      • Don’t worry about visiting me yet 😀 We can meet when I’m well, because I’d be really boring right now and not much of a host.

Before my injury I was in the States. I flew to Hong Kong to visit my parents before I was going to move to the UK for the next phase in my life, however, unfortunately I got hurt in Hong Kong and now must stay here, because I can’t fly or travel out.

        Cheers 🙂
        Lucas

      • Oh sweetie, I wouldn’t realistically be able to visit you because of my health also. I think we’d both be bad company. It’s good to dream though, right? It’s sad that you weren’t able to start the next phase of your life but I truly believe that everything (even the bad) happens for a reason. I know it’s easy for me to say this because I’m not you but believe me, I’ve had my experiences too. I know God is already making good of the bad thing that’s happened to you. The good that I can see is that you’re truly helping other people and inspiring them to be well and you also motivate people to want to fight and get their own health back. I think many people may look at you and think if Luke can fight his painful way back to health, then so can I do it. Whether they struggle with losing weight or training for a marathon. BTW… I know you’re going to get there. You’re going to be an even better Luke than before the accident. That’s just the way you are.

What part of the states have you visited?

      • Guess what :D? I’m on the mend everyday and visiting seems like a possibility in the new couple years. I haven’t been on a plane yet, but I have a dream of meeting you.

Your experiences have been hard and I am happy that you have triumph out of them. Everyday I am trying to conquer my challenges and you have done yours. The struggle is hard, but I am happy I can help people through their challenges too.

I’ve lived in the states before for 6 years in Massachusetts, New York, California and Hawaii, all very fun places with different characteristics.
